AGES 13-24 MOS
PARENT TOT MINIS
A 30 minute class introducing your tot to the gym. They’ll be learning floor gym equipment, learning how to follow directions, and building their confidence. Children must be walking independently.
AGES 25-36 MOS
PARENT TOT STARS
Our final parent participation class is 45 minutes long. Budding gymnasts learn how to follow the circuit, how to use the equipment properly, and gain skills to move into the preschool program.
PRESCHOOL (BOYS AND GIRLS)
AGES 3-4 YEARS
Independence and self-control are mastered as young athletes attend class for the first time without a parent. They’ll learn 3-Station Circuits and the basic foundational skills of gymnastics. They also engage in play time, parachute games, and jumping in the foam pit.
AGES 4-5 YEARS
Young athletes continue to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics through cartwheels, handstands, rolls, and working on the equipment. We work to enhance their gross motor and coordination skills, helping them to stengthen their bodies and grow their minds.
These classes are for our independent youngers. Children MUST be fully potty trained and approved by a coach to attend independent classes
JUST FOR BOYS – AGES 6 and UP
Our boys program offers classes designed specifically for school-age boys.
Boys train on the same equipment as in the Olympics – Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal (High) Bar, and Floor.
Your child will be encouraged to learn and master basic gymnastics skills through repetition, drills, practie, and spotting. They will train on all gym equipment, including trampoline and in the foam pit. Gymnasts will work on cartwheels, handstands, rolls, vault mounts, and basic bar and beam skills.
Athletes will continue to progress in their learning of foundational gymnastics skills. They will train on all gym equipment, including trampoline and in the foam pit. Gymnasts will work on handstands, back bends, walkovers, vault, bar and beam skills.
With instructor approval, athletes move into these classes with advanced skills. Students in these classes may eventually be asked to join one of our Fusion Competitive Teams.
