All registration should take place on www.allgymnastics.com. It will be best for planning purposes to register all your athletes now that have qualified per our USAIGC guidelines. This being by qualifying score and participating in 3 local sanctioned meets. Registration fee is $100 per gymnast and $50 per team. Individual Event Specialist is $35 per event. Meet Deadline and Scratch date is April 1st. Registrations and payments received after April 1st will be imposed with a $10 late fee per athlete. If you have a gymnast who hasn't qualified yet, enter her anyway. If she doesn't qualify a full refund for that gymnast will be awarded. Medical scratches with doctor note accepted for a full refund until April 1st. 50% Refund will be given for medical scratches with doctors note from April 2 until April 11, 2020.

No registrations will be accepted or valid from a club not current on the USAIGC website. Please be sure your club is in good standing and your club expiration date is AFTER the state meet dates. Coaches listed on the USAICG website will be the only coaches permitted on the floor.
** Please Note: Larger teams should plan to have multiple coaches attend in the event we need to split teams among squads. This will also help to keep the event moving.**
There will be a 2 judge scoring panel. We will be utilizing Beyond the Scores for our scoring system. Live scores will be shown inside the venue as well.
Awards will be held immediately following the end of the session. Every gymnast will be awarded an All Around award. Individual Medal placement will go out 50%. All registered teams who have paid the team fee of $50 will receive a team award.
We will be offering a program book for sale. Preorders will be available soon! Books will be on hand at the meet as well. Books are $10 each Please submit a team photo in JPG format (no less than 1200 x 1200 pixels) to email@example.com Please include a list of names by top row, middle row so your athletes can be properly identified. Late entries will not be included in the program.
We also will be selling "shout outs" for the program book. Your parents/families can create a message up to 40 characters per line. Each line cost $5. Your parents are encouraged to complete and mail the form as soon as they can to ensure they meet the deadline. Deadline for shoutouts is March 25, 2020.
