From little to no experience our program is designed to allow athletes to understand their body and how it moves while teaching them the necessary skillset to move onto our Xcel Lite team! Vault
Understanding how to arm circle and hit the board, along with body shaping.
Bars
Getting stronger and mastering our cast and back hip circle.
Beam
Getting comfortable with the Beam! Mastering handstands, leap and jumps.
Floor
Body control, kickovers and round offs.
