All parents must fill out a registration form for their child. An annual registration fee of $50 per family is due at the time of enrollment. This fee covers the whole family for 12 months.
The monthly fee covers a four-week session. Attendance will be taken by the instructor. If there are five days in the month, the fifth day is a make-up for one class your child has missed. If none have been missed, the fifth day is free. We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes due to extenuating circumstances.
Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. Classes missed should be made up within two months of the missed class. Classes may be made up prior to the absence. Make-up classes can not be re-scheduled once they are scheduled.In order to be eligible for a make-up class:
Payment is expected the FIRST class of each new month. Auto draft payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of the month. A 30-day written notice Is required to terminate billing and you are responsible for payment whether or not your student attends classes until you notify this facility to drop your student from class. The charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to a student on the waiting list. No refunds are given.
Payments received after the 15th of each month will be assessed a $50 late fee.
Siblings of class students will receive 10% off their first class.

There will be no refunds if you supply a Local Flavor certificate after the first of month.
