Hi, I'm Rachael and I will be coaching the Xcel Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire this upcoming season!  I will also be co-coaching the Trampoline and Tumbling team.  I've been coaching for 19+ years and have coached a variety of recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, and cheer tumbling.  My favorite event to coach is Beam!

I come from Maryland where I grew up at Harford Gymnastics as a USAG JO competitive gymnast, turned cheerleader in High School, and back to club gymnastics in college!  I have a Engineering degree from Virginia Tech where I spent a fabulous 4 years, and now spend my days coding away as a Software Developer.  I started my own company, Tough Love & Tumbling, in 2019 and joined the Fusion family tumbling the East Coast Evolution cheerleaders the past 3 seasons.  I am USAG and SafeSport Certified and skilled in technique, spotting, unique drills, and mental blocks.  I am switching gears this season going back to my first love, gymnastics and am super excited to work with the Excel athletes!  

When I am not working, or in the gym, I am jetting off to snowy mountains for snowboarding, or dancing across tropical islands!

Hey there, I am Presley, I've been coaching for four years and I coach a little bit of everything here!  This past season I coached our Developmental team along with our Xcel Lite, Xcel Bronze & Silver athletes.  I also coach a few school age classes here and there.  Squeezed in between passing on my love for the sport, I am still actively competing at the Xcel Diamond level!  Throughout my 12 years competing, I have competed with USAG JO, USAIGC, and USAG Xcel programs where I have multiple achievements including being ranked 12th in the world through USAIGC, and Regional Floor Champion!  Floor is my favorite event to compete, but Bars is my favorite to coach!
